Darolyn Pchajek
Darolyn Pchajek (Dar) is the proud mom of Josh, Grace, and Andrew. She taught clogging throughout all 3 pregnancies, and they all came out dancing!
Dar was born & raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and has been clogging since the mid ‘90’s. She started off with “Cut ‘n Loose”, and in 2000, Gerry Valois passed the group on to her, and she made it her own with the name “Dare to Clog”. She loves teaching as it gives her such a thrill to watch her students catch on to new steps, and enjoy dancing a song, especially to one she’s choreographed.
She loves to clog to all kinds of music, choreograph her own dances, and is excited to have her dances passed around other parts of the country and the U.S., and most recently in Australia, Germany, France & Taiwan!
She has her own Dare to Clog YouTube Channel where she showcases her choreography, and loves it when people around the world have watched one of her videos, and emailed her about it!! During the Covid 19 Lockdowns, she hosted her classes online which are still available.
She was so excited to be a part of the Worldwide Clogging Fun Dance #6 with her son, Andrew, on April 25th.
Darolyn has travelled & taught at several different workshops & conventions throughout Canada & the U.S. She was SUPER THRILLED to have been chosen as the Featured Instructor at the 2018 National Clogging Convention in Australia (Burnie, Tasmania) in September, 2018.
